No! You Can't Store your Stuff at the Sellers House!

There are a few instances where my Buyer  has asked permission to be able to store their stuff in the Sellers house before the Completion date.

My immediate reaction is a shudder, a horrible feeling in my gut, and a Realtor pleading with my Buyer, for the love of anyone, please don't!

I recently sat at my open house one Saturday afternoon. It was the first beautiful day without snow in Vancouver for a really long time (at least it felt like a long time!!!) The majority of people and groups who were coming through the open were asking if the property had the ability to be rented.
