Vancouver Ranked 4th most Livable City in the World

Blog by Claire LeLacheur | May 27th, 2010

The Mercer 2010 quality of living survey has found that Vancouver is the world's best rated city to live in outside of Europe.

Ranked the 4th best place to live in the world, Vancouver is cited for being the best for it's temperate climate, eco friendliness, and a city that is an attractive place to build or expand a business locally and globally.

Annually 250,000 people immigrate to Canada, and many pick Vancouver.

As a 14 year resident to Vancouver, I second that. I have to admit, that I have no problem rubbing it in the rest of Canada's face in February when they are all under 2 feet of snow and the daffodils are blooming out here.
