Fat Begone!

A bit more of a personal post, but well worth mentioning.

I visit
Precision Athletics once a week to work out, but even so things were getting a bit out of hand. Especially during the Olympics, where I spent way too much time eating and drinking anything I wanted.

I took
Craig Boyd's 21 day miserable March fat busting challenge. During the challenge, I made a big effort to walk or run with my dog every day, eat more vegetables, and cut out wheat, and sugar.

The results are in. I lost 14.5% of my body fat, 5 pounds, and several inches all over. I feel great, have developed new habits, and the best - I am wearing pants I never would have dreamed to fit again!

Bring the summer on! Muffin top has been banished!
