Fear  - as defined by the Webster’s dictionary

A distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, or pain. Whether the threat is real or imagined. The common condition of being afraid.

Sounds like the definition for the Vancouver Real Estate market.

If Vancouver Buyers wait for the fear of the market to end and the market to return to “normal” this signals reluctance in the face of great opportunity.

Headlines in the paper that say ”Buy Now” will only let you know that the best time to buy has passed.
