This weekend Bob Rennie is announcing the commencement of his newest pre construction project in the Downtown core. Richards will be the name of the newest tower to grace our city, located on one of the rarest blocks left in Yaletown, at the corner of Richards and Helmcken.

What with Vancouver real estate market softening and for the larger part speculators on pre construction projects have been pushed aside, it will be interesting to see how this project fares. Will it cater solely to the Downtown Vancouver professional just needing a space to hang their hat?
