I had an opportunity to visit the Erickson the other day. The Erickson is one of Concord's premier and signature buildings designed by Arthur Erickson himself. The building is unique in that it does have a twist, so when viewed from the outside it looks like it is twisting upwards. The building just completed in the first week of February and there is still a chance to own a piece of luxury. ...

Just because there are tarps over a building in Vancouver does not automatically mean that it is a leaky condo. In most cases when there is any kind of balcony work, or roof work, or windows being replaced the tarp is needed. Just dont assume that you know it is leaking without doing some investigation into the situation.
